R6R-B Cadet Chassis – The R6R is a great little kart designed to perform in the Midget and Rookie classes. Made from 28mm tube and with a wheelbase of 900mm, the R6R offers exceptional handling, stability and ease of use for young drivers. Just like the Junior and Senior karts, the R6R features a host of billet components; pedals, side seat mounts, brakes, axle bearing mounts and running gear. Tipping the scales at just 33kg, this machine comes standard with 3.5 litre fuel tank, Tillet seat, independent caster and camber adjustment, 40mm axle, 6-piston billet brake calliper, 16mm double-skin ventilated disk, Futura alloy rims, adjustable ride height and a choice of short or medium rear hubs.

R6J-B Junior Chassis – Want all the benefits and features of the Azzurro ‘senior’ models, but in a kart designed for lighter and smaller teenagers? The R6J is just that. With a wheelbase of 1010mm, this chassis is perfect for all the Junior classes and weighs only 37kg. The chassis uses 28mm tube, Tillet seat and 3.5 litre fuel tank. Pedals, side seat mounts, brakes (6-piston calliper), axle bearing mounts and running gear are all gold-anodised billet alloy. Independent caster and camber adjustment, ride height adjustment and removable front bar make this kart very tuneable. The R6J comes standard with 40mm axle, 16mm double-skin ventilated disk, Futura alloy rims and a choice of short or medium rear hubs.

R6H-B Senior Chassis – The faster engines and higher-grip tyres used in a variety of senior classes present unique problems for a kart manufacturer. We have addressed these with two models, and the R6H is the chassis to choose for the ‘light weight’ senior classes. An engineered mix of 28mm and 32mm tubing, 1035mm wheelbase, plus the choice of 40mm or 50mm axle means the R6H is incredibly versatile and suitable for Clubman Light through to Rotax Light. Removable front bar, independent caster and camber settings and ride height control give an even wider scope of chassis tuning adjustment. Tillet seat, Futura rims and 7.5 litre tank are standard, while there’s a choice of short, medium or long (50mm axle only) rear hubs. Strong and purposeful billet components (side seat mounts, axle bearing mounts, pedals and running gear) and powerful brake (6-piston billet calliper operating on 16mm double-skin ventilated disk) complete the package.

R6S-B TAG / Rotax Chassis – The R6S is much like the R6H, but with one important difference – all the major chassis rails are of 32mm tube. That means all the benefits of the R6H are also available to drivers competing in Clubman Heavy to Rotax Heavy. A choice of 40mm or 50mm axle, removable front bar, independent caster and camber settings and ride height control give plenty of adjustment. Tillet seat, Futura rims and 7.5 litre tank are standard, while there’s a choice of short, medium or long (50mm axle only) rear hubs. Strong and purposeful billet components (side seat mounts, axle bearing mounts, pedals and running gear) and powerful brake (6-piston billet calliper operating on 16mm double-skin ventilated disk) make this a winner.                                     $3795.00
